The Black Educational Advocacy Coalition (BEAC) is seeking proposals from qualified organizations, consultants, licensed professionals, educational providers, and community-based service providers to support implementation of the BEAC Lifeline Program. BEAC seeks proposals for one or more service categories supporting violence prevention, trauma-informed care, youth leadership development, restorative justice, social-emotional learning, mentoring, evaluation, and community engagement services serving youth and families throughout Illinois.
